The 1938 City of Fulton Directory lists the Imperial Restaurant at 103-105 Oneida Street, Leadley Drug Store at 107 Oneida Street and the Carmen Supply Co. at 109 Oneida Street. This would have been on the North side of Oneida Street between Wall Street (Today parking lot to the West of Valley News Office) and North Second Street (Today Route 481). Albert T. Jennings had a law office upstairs at 105 Oneida Street, and there is a sign on the building for a law office. Wise Dress Shop was at 113-115 and the Fulton Patriot Newspaper at 117, which was the corner building.

I would say that the pictures are taken looking toward the North side of Oneida Street. Since Carmen Supply Co. was not listed in the 1935 directory, and I have no directories for 1936 and 1937, I would also say the pictures are taken after 1935.
